Exchange your subscription tickets at no charge. Just call our box office at 414.747.9659 and we'll take care of it!

Exchanging Your Tickets
For performances at both the Broadway Theatre Center and the Sharon Lynne Wilson Center for the Arts, call the Box Office at 414.747.9659 to exchange your tickets.
Tickets will be exchanged for the best seats available.
Tickets will be mailed to you outside of one week prior to the opening of the production.
Tickets exchanged inside of one week prior to the opening of the production will be held at will-call.
Once you receive your new tickets, please destroy the original tickets. They are invalid.
If you can't make any remaining performances of a particular production, we will gladly accept your tickets as a tax-deductible donation, as long as we receive them back in the Box Office 24 hours before show time.
Snow Policy
Milwaukee Shakespeare does not cancel productions for inclement weather. No refunds can be offered if the weather prohibits your attendance. Subscribers may exchange by phone to another performance of the same production using the procedures described above.
